All third parties are required to respect the confidentiality and security of your data and to process it only on our instructions and in accordance with the law.
3. International transfers
Some service providers may be based outside the UK or EEA.
Where this applies, we ensure an equivalent level of protection by using approved contractual clauses, codes of conduct or certification mechanisms.
If adequate safeguards cannot be applied, we will seek your explicit consent before any transfer, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Data security
We maintain technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
Access is limited to staff and contractors who have a legitimate business need and who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We have procedures to manage any suspected breach and will notify you and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where legally required.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it and record the deletion date in our Record Disposal Log.

Request access to the personal data we hold about you (“subject access request”);
